What are the operating hours of Palm Garden Resort?
We're open every day from 8 AM to 4 AM (20 hours).
Do I need to make a reservation?
No reservation is needed for Unlimited Swimming. Walk-ins are welcome. For overnight stays, it's best to book ahead because rooms are limited.
How much is the Entrance Fee?
₱220 for adults and ₱170 for kids below 4 ft, for the whole day from 8 AM to 4 AM.
How deep are the pools?
Main pool: 4 ft at the shallowest, 6 ft at the deepest. Kiddie pool: 3 ft deep all throughout.
What swimwear is allowed?
There are no specific rules on swimwear, as long as it's modest and family-friendly.
Do babies need to pay the Entrance Fee?
Babies under 24 months old or below 2 feet get in free.
Is there a PWD or Senior Citizen discount?
Yes. Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities can present their card to get a discount.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
Yes, outside food and drinks are allowed, and there are grills you can use for cooking. Alcoholic drinks have a Corkage Fee.
Are there bathrooms at the resort?
Yes, there are separate male and female bathrooms throughout the resort where you can shower and change.
Is there parking?
Yes, there's ample parking for all types of vehicles.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are allowed in the resort, but not in the pool area. Inside the rooms, pets must stay in a pet carrier.
Can I bring my own floaties or pool toys?
Yes, bring your own floaties and pool toys for added fun. The resort isn't liable for any loss or damage.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and may cost extra.

No unregistered guests
To keep everyone safe and healthy.
Children must be accompanied
By adults at all times.
Keep noise down
So other guests aren't disturbed.
Don't flush tissues, wet wipes or towels
They clog the toilet.
No illegal substances
Guests found with drugs will be asked to leave.
No cooking inside the rooms
Pets stay in a pet carrier inside the rooms
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
No smoking inside the rooms
A ₱1,000 cleaning fee applies. Please use the smoking areas.
Lost keys
A lost key is charged at ₱500.
Damage or loss to resort property
Will be charged accordingly.
Save water and energy
Turn off the lights and aircon when you're not using them.
Look after your belongings
Management isn't liable for the loss of or damage to personal items, but tell us right away and we'll help you look.
